| Have been a customer for many years. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy in any way. Having the ability to schedule an appointment for season tire changeover would be a logical addition to the services offered. |

| Quote was accurate . Staff were friendly and professional. A braking system problem I was not aware of was identified and corrected. Preventing damage to a brake rotor and brake pad. Reliable mechanic that was conscientious . |

| Work is excellent. Prices and estimates are fair. No unnecessary work is done. One major area that requires improvement is wait time. This can be easily resolved by accepting appointments for returning customers who have straightforward work to be done. |

Unfortunately, an issue which arose during the seasonal switch of summer to winter tires remains outstanding. Therefore I cannot rate you as 5-star. |
