| So far I've had no problems with this shop. Steve is always friendly and knowledgeable and their has been no problems with the service on my cars. I've been coming here for over 10 years. I think that anywhere you go it's always pricy to maintain a vehicle, so I always hold my breath when I get the bill. It's really hard to find an Auto shop that you can trust and won't try to take more money from you. Superior seems to be a balance between the dealerships and the smaller shops. I would recommend. |

| This location is excellent in customer service and has a very friendly staff. I went for an alignment and to get two tires mounted to rims. The price was fair and the quality of work was top notch. I've had allignment issues for a long time, other alignment shops could never align my wheels correctly. The wait time was minimal and they did the work right away. |

| Prices are competitive. What stood out to me is i just drove in off the street, no phone-call or appointment and they had the 2 new tires i wanted ordered and installed on my car and my spare put away inside of 30 minutes. With my previous experience with Canadian Tire I was expecting it to take hours. |

| Called ahead to buy tires and rims. They said it'd take an hour to install them, but they had the tires on the rims, inflated and balanced when I arrived, so I only had to wait maybe 20 minutes. Great service! |

| All the staff at the front desk have been very courtesy and helpful. While waiting for my tire service, some of my family members need a ride to some personal matters and one of the staff was so kind to offer them a ride and I really appreciate the kind of helpful service. |
